How to Order:

My preferred method of contact is through messages on either Facebook or Instagram. I can also be reached through email [email protected]

Pick Up:

When ready, items are porch pick-up in the Clemens Mill neighbourhood in Cambridge, Ontario.

Shipping:

Small items such as ornaments and keychains are available to be shipped, the fees tend to be around $15 with a tracking number. Ooh Shiny Crafts is not responsible for shipping delays.

Returns/Exchanges:

Custom items are non-refundable. I am a small business, making items uses my time and materials that I source. I make all the items that I use in the pictures and so when I make something ordered, it will use those same materials and techniques. If you order something custom, I will do my best to send a mock-up that demonstrates colours, layouts, and materials. I work with wood and sometimes the grain of the wood will vary between pieces, to me this is all part of working with natural products and hand making items.

Turnaround Time:

Orders are typically made within two weeks or less, if more time is required Ooh Shiny Crafts will contact you. Paint and stain can’t be rushed. When it is very cold or humid outside, it simply takes as long as it takes.

Holidays are busy times of the year, ordering early will ensure you receive your items on time. 

Custom Work:

I complete a lot of custom work and will be honest whether the item is in my specialty or not. If you have seen an item on social media that you would like recreated, contact Ooh Shiny Crafts and let me know! Anytime an item is purchased with custom details, a mock-up photo will be sent for the customer to confirm. The customer is responsible for spelling and must check that all information is correct. Once items are verified by the buyer and have been made, items are non-refundable. Colours will vary due to the computer program and screens but will be shown as accurately as possible.
